The IQADOT knowledge-sharing network distinguishes itself through its Problem-Solution process, also referred to as a Question and Answer process. What sets IQADOT apart is its commitment to enhancing the quality of knowledge by validating and providing comprehensive answers in a decisive manner. Additionally, the network promotes efficiency by eliminating lengthy threads and forum-like discussions.
In addition to these features, IQADOT employs a Task-based workflow and provides tools for knowledge creation. Personalized profiling is used to provide users and Supervisors with insights into engagement levels.
The network organizes knowledge areas into channels. To access and contribute to knowledge and expertise, users must be connected to a specific channel. The main portal of IQADOT displays a personalized feed for each channel. Within each channel, users can browse through:
- Questions currently being asked and answered
- Questions that have already been answered
- Articles related to the respective knowledge area
- Dismissed questions that have been rejected by a Supervisor
